We design, manufacture and operate cabins (tiny houses) that promote mental wellness, mindfulness and unforgettable memories out in nature. Our beautifully designed Offgrid cabins serve as an inspirational gateways to happier, healthier lives.

Tasks
JOB INTRO:
Offgrid is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our product team as a "Construction Manager / Program, Project Manager". This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of our company.
As a Construction Manager / Program, Project Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the founder of Offgrid Mindful Cabins, supporting him in various aspects of the business. You will play an integral role in helping to shape the future of our company and drive its success.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE?
- Lead the Cabin Production Management, focusing on building a robust and scalable infrastructure to facilitate our expansion.
- Manage all steps of cabin production, DD to launch (design management, budgeting, manufacturer onboarding, bill of materials, cost control, procurement).
- Quality control during production / final product.
- Cabin deployment management, project planning and scheduling.
- Cabin logistics and site deployment and on-site oversight.
- Create SOPs and SLAs for core Offgrid operations processes and services to support operational infrastructure during rapid organizational growth to improve efficiency, perfect guest experience, and reduce costs.
- Technical Onboarding of cabins on site (Wifi, solar system settings, digital locks, IoT devices etc.)
- Coordination and management of physical onboarding and deployment of cabins (access road planning, signage, trash locations, way finding,
- Coordination of maintenance cycles with internal and external stakeholders and resources.
- Procurement of OSE and FFE, buying and leasing
- Supplier sourcing and vetting.
- Contract negotiation and execution.
- Coordination of shipments and deliveries.
- Project and Construction Management - development projects, DD to launch.
Requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- MS or similar in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar.
- Highly experienced in construction and project management.
- Negotiation skills with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Technical knowledge and construction management experience.
- Willingness to immerse yourself into new areas and fields of working
- Improvisation and developing new ideas and solutions.
- A positive can-do / the glass is half-full mindset.
- Passion to tackle challenges.
- Fluent in English
- German is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Passion for sustainability, mindfulness, and the mission of Offgrid.
