Offgrid Mindful Cabins GmbH is an early-stage nature travel, hospitality, sustainable and design start-up. Tasks
JOB INTRO:
We’re on the lookout for a curious, self-driven Working Student in AI Development to help us build intelligent agents that support and automate our internal processes – from marketing to customer service to operations.
What you'll do:
- Support the development of AI-powered agents to streamline our internal tools and workflows
- Collaborate with our operations and tech teams to identify pain points and automation opportunities
- Integrate AI tools (e.g. GPT APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, custom Python scripts) into existing systems
- Test and improve agent behavior based on real-world use
- Stay up to date on the latest in AI workflows, agent frameworks, and automation tools
Requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Solid programming skills in Python (or similar languages)
- Understanding of APIs, prompt engineering, and modern AI tools (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
- Ideally: experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Retool, etc.)
- A proactive mindset – you love solving real problems and building things that work
- Interest in sustainability, mindfulness, or nature is a plus – we're all about it!
