Junior IT Admin (f/m/d).

Tasks

• Plan and implementation of solutions that helps department to use technology profitably
• Monitor and manage resources to ensure IT resources are sufficient to meet our current, future business, and performance requirements
• Implement and improve the company´s operational guideline for IT management. Including:
• Network setup, security, and access control
• Periodic Backups
• Capacity Management
• Product environment settings
• Business continuity management
• Documentation of IT tools and procedures
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Analysis and evaluation of information security events
• Collection incident evidence for proper and concrete security risk evaluation
• Identification of the solutions to eliminate any incidents reported
• Responsible for the management of cloud-based servers located on cloud service provider
• Apply ONCARE´s mission statement and quality policy and enthusiastically exhibit a desire to see ONCARE suceed
• Apply a sense or urgency, commitment, and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion
• Protect operations by keeping information confidential

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a similar technical degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• At least 1-3 years of professional experience
• Experience in customer service/ IT helpdesk
• Very good knowledge in Microsoft 365 with focus on Sharepoint
• Experience with Mac-administration and Apple-Support
• You have advanced Linux system administration experience (Ubuntu)
• Experience with NGINX
• Experience with ansible
• Experience with modern monitoring, alerting and logging technologies (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, Splunk, PagerDuty, CloudWatch)
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, etc.)
• Knowledge in version control systems (GIT)
• Good knowledge in Docker, Shell scripting
• You are a team-oriented and reliable character, who is able to work under pressure
• Self-organizational skills
• Fluent in English
