We are a startup at the forefront of agricultural innovation, specializing in the development of harvesting robots for strawberries. Our mission is to revolutionize the way strawberries are harvested, making it more efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective.
Tasks
Your role at Organifarms:
- Development of mechanical components, mechanisms and systems for our harvesting robot and other products of its ecosystem
- Rapid prototyping of your designs and ideas and translating them to industrial grade components of our robots and systems
- Prepare drawings and instructional documentation for manufacturing and assembly of your designs
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Studying mechanical engineering or similar course of study
- Hands-on experience with mechanical engineering with focus on industrial reliability and manufacturing processes
- Expertise with CAD-System (e.g. SolidEdge)
- Experience with food grade machinery and thermal insulation is a big plus
- A passion for the development of innovative solutions and creative ideas to improve our robots and systems
- At least B2-level in English, German is a plus
