Would you like to take over responsibilities and gain strong insights into an E-Commerce company, all of this in a diverse and international team? You could be part of it as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (all genders)!

Your tasks:

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, Affiliate, among others)
Budgeting for campaigns to ensure efficient allocation of the budget
Plan, create and optimise campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth
Run tests (AB and lift tests) to improve performance and ensure proper measurement
Brief new creatives and copies
Plan, create and optimise landing pages for the performance campaigns
Ensure tracking for the campaigns is properly set up and implemented
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and challenge the status quo by testing new campaign types, channels, ad types, etc to identify new opportunities for growth

Your Profile:

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing
Proven track record of managing significant budgets (>2M€)
Expertise in Google Ads (Search + Display), Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
You are a self-starter and are eager to make an impact.
You are well organized and always communicate clearly and effectively.
You have an analytical mindset, but you don’t shy away from creative challenges.
You are eager to learn and to innovate.
You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
