Tasks
- Innovative Full-Stack Development: Contribute to building modern web applications using both front- and back-end technologies.
- Hands-On End-to-End Involvement: Take ownership of your projects—from gathering requirements to testing and deployment.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to refine and improve our system architecture.
- Performance & Scalability Focus: Learn to analyze, optimize, and scale systems to deliver outstanding user experiences.
- Continuous Learning & Contribution: Engage in code reviews, share your ideas, and push yourself to go the extra mile in a supportive, fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- First hands-on experience in full-stack development through projects, internships, or academic work using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Express.js/Node.js, Python)
- Growth mindset being highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn - ready to take ownership and go the extra mile to excel in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies; experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is a plus (Shape Up experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Fluency in English and good command of German
