Want to work with leading brands within E-commerce and get a lot of E-commerce knowledge, use your social media skills and make customers happy?
In this position, you will be important to our clients’ success in this market. Together with your friendly and supportive team, you’ll help customers navigate any issues they run into while shopping online. Your goal? To make their experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and ready to shop. Your job will primarily be customer service by mail, chat, and phone calls—our German customers love to call and chat.
The company was established in Copenhagen in 2010. We help businesses with initial strategic decisions for their online shops expanding into new markets. With native knowledge and localisation services, we make sure that our clients’ webshops meet expectations in the new countries they launch in. Our local teams are an important part of our clients’ daily operations. We take care of customer service and webshop maintenance in local languages and provide valuable insights for business development and marketing strategies. With our cross-border e-commerce experience from more than 400 projects and our +120 native e-commerce savvy employees across offices in Copenhagen, Vilnius, Berlin and Brno, we work closely with our clients to secure their international success. We focus on helping businesses with everything requiring native language skills and cultural understanding – from initial market research to daily webshop management and customer service.

Tasks

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Are you great at communicating and love social media? We’re looking for someone who can provide top-notch customer service while also managing social media accounts for webshops.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting customers via phone, chat, and email – making their experience smooth and stress-free
Managing social media accounts – engaging with followers & maintaining a great online presence
Gathering ideas for improving the webshop’s processes and performance

No need for years of experience—just bring good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn!

Requirements

What do we expect from our next colleague?

We are looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. Experience in a relevant field such as e-commerce, customer service, retail, hospitality or similar is a plus, however, the most important thing is a willingness to learn.

Must have:

First and foremost, a deep understanding of German customers' mindsets

Great German language skills
Great customer service skills - you love to help customers!
Be able to communicate in English, since our company language is English

You should also have:

Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new things
A team-player attitude
