Together with the management of the Neumann Coffee Group, we are looking for you as a Data Engineer (m/f/d) in Hamburg.

The company is currently undergoing a global digital transformation process with the introduction of MS Dynamics 365 F&O. As a Data Engineer (m/f/d), you will have a lot of creative freedom to build the basis for data-driven business processes and thus play a central role in the company's success.
Tasks
- You design, implement and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines along the entire data engineering lifecycle and are responsible for data ingestion, transformation and storage
- You implement data management policies, standards and processes to ensure consistent data quality and compliance standards across the organisation
- You keep an eye on data security and data protection in order to process sensitive company data securely
- You will work closely with data scientists, data analysts and users to understand data quality and reporting requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in data engineering, data modelling, data storage and data governance and are keen to introduce these topics and their use in a new environment
- You are adept at working with relational databases such as PostgresSQL or SQL Server and are familiar with tools in the Microsoft environment, such as Azure Synapse or Azure Data Factory; in addition, you have already gained some experience with MS Fabric
- You are a strong communicator, solution- and team-orientated and have the desire to work hands-on, take on responsibility and develop yourself further
- You have a very good working knowledge of English (C1) and experience of working in an international environment
