Teamlead / Product Manager Fleet (m/f/d)

Together with our partner, EGON OLDENDORFF Management GmbH, we are looking for a Teamlead / Product Manager (m/f/d) for the fleet unit for their location in Lübeck or Hamburg.

Aufgaben

• You are responsible for leading a team of three team members in the department Product Management Fleet, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and fostering professional growth within the team
• With your visionary approach, you conduct requirements analyses together with the stakeholders and take responsibility for the development and implementation of the product strategy together with your team
• You manage the implementation of compliance and performance requirements, such as integrating sensor technology into the fleet to measure consumption data, to facilitate data accessibility for the business
• In collaboration with the fleet department, you are responsible for the further development and cloud migration of the central fleet management software
• You keep an eye on promising market trends and automation opportunities, such as AI-driven corision detection in cargo spaces, and manage their assessment and implementation

Qualifikation

• You have comprehensive expertise in product management in the field of digitization/technology
• You have experience in leading (project)teams, ideally in an international environment
• Preferably, you have a background in the shipping industry and are familiar with fleet software
• You have excellent communication skills and have a strong competence in stakeholder management
• You are business fluent in English and ideally have fluency in German
