People Manager (f/m/x)

We are therefore looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude People Manager (f/m/x). In this role, you will be responsible for our people topics and hiring process. You'll be working closely with our VP People as well as our internal Hiring Managers.

Tasks

Employer Branding

• Drive our Employer Branding activities together with our colleagues from Marketing
• Position the company as an employer of choice and represent the company at job fairs and networking events

Culture & Employee Engagement

• Lead internal projects to promote a vibrant company culture and foster a sense of community
• Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives, including team-building events, workshops, and social activities
• Conduct regular culture surveys and analyze feedback to inform future engagement strategies.

HR Strategy & Projects

• Contribute to the development and execution of the overall HR strategy, aligning people initiatives with business objectives
• Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
• Stay current with HR trends and best practices, and proactively suggest new initiatives to improve the employee experience.

Recruitment & Hiring

• Establish a first-in-class recruiting process incl. the implementation of our toolset
• Define requirements and prepare interview & selection procedures together with the hiring team
• Screen applicants and conduct remote screening calls
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers to achieve the best candidate experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a people management or HR generalist role
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview practices and evaluation methods
• Applied experience with different technologies like Applicant Tracking Systems, technical assessment platforms as well as different active sourcing techniques like e.g. Linkedin Recruiter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Capable of influencing people and fostering change in a collaborative way
• Enthusiasm about diving into new challenges and taking our growth to a new level
• Motivated, team-oriented, proactive, structured and analytical is how you normally describe your way of working
