  • YOUR MISSION:

    As a Working Student CFO/COO's Assistant(f/m/d)*, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication, streamlining coordination, and maintaining organization, enabling our CFO/COO, Tino to focus on strategic tasks.

     

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Manage Schedules: Efficiently manage the schedules and appointments of Tino, optimizing his time and ensuring he is well-prepared for meetings.
    • Coordinate Travel: Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring smooth travel logistics.
    • Oversee Communications: Manage communications, including email and Slack, to facilitate efficient interaction between founders and team members.
    • Expense Management: Handle expense reports and receipts, ensuring meticulous financial record-keeping.
    • Task Follow-up: Follow up on various tasks to ensure they are completed promptly.
    • Special Projects: Manage special mini-projects, such as organizing leadership offsite and building slide decks.

     

    Our Tech-stack:

    GSuite, Office Software, Asana, Notion, Finway, Navan

     

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • Enrolled in a Master's Degree in Business Management or related field.
    • You can work 15-20 hours per week and able to join us for at least 8 months.
    • Experience in administrative support or operations roles.
    • Proficiency in GSuite, Google Calendar, and other office software.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
    • Fluency in English. German is a plus

     

    NICE TO HAVE:

    • Previous experience in administrative or support roles, particularly in high-growth or dynamic environments.
    • Basic understanding of project management principles and the ability to assist with project coordination.
