    As our People and Culture Manager, you’ll be the hands-on force behind our HR operations, focusing on making things happen. From recruitment to onboarding and employee relations, you’ll handle the day-to-day details that keep our remote team running smoothly. This role is all about action — not just strategy. You’ll be working closely with managers and employees to ensure everything from payroll to culture-building initiatives is on point.     What You’ll Be Working On

    HR Operations Excellence:

    • Own all day-to-day HR operations, ensuring payroll runs smoothly, benefits are on point, and compliance is rock solid. Your work will create the foundation for our team to thrive.
    • Implement clear, supportive policies that reflect our values. You’ll make sure every team member feels supported, no matter where they work. Recruitment Rockstar:
    • Take full ownership of recruitment, ensuring an outstanding experience for every candidate from the first touchpoint to offer acceptance.
    • You’ll find people who align with our values and culture, building relationships that ensure every hire feels like they’ve found their home at PartsCloud. Onboarding & Retention:
    • Design an engaging onboarding process that makes new hires feel valued and excited to be part of our team from day one.
    • Be the go-to for employee support, ensuring everyone stays engaged, motivated, and happy in their roles. Culture Creator:
    • Build a remote-first culture that runs deep, where people feel seen, heard, and appreciated — regardless of where they work.
    • Foster connections and team spirit through creative engagement initiatives and meaningful check-ins.

    • Outlook and Teams: Stay connected and organized to keep communication smooth and tasks on track.
