Project aka "Bets Manager" the idea of this job is to plan and execute big bets in the industry that catapult the company forward.

pathway is a fully remote Software as a Service Startup with the mission to unf**k bookeeping for digital entrepreneurs.

We automate accounting for companies of all sizes – from Shopify startups to SaaS businesses.

Aufgaben

Spar directly with our CEO and develop strategies, current challenges and future projects to continue to drive pathway’s growth.
Identify, lead and execute key growth-focused projects that have a critical impact on pathway (e.g. automated KPI reporting, cohorts analysis and scale of partner management).
Independently drive change within the organizational processes and shape your dream position within our group.
Project Nr.1 automize and streamline our revenue reporting, cohorts and upsell initatives.

You finish tasks in 1/3 of the time other people think possible.
3+ years of professional experience in a high-performance environment. Experience in a Consulting or Finance adjacent function is a plus.
Highly effective in individually contributing and running strategic projects independently.
Analytical, data-driven way of thinking to quickly get to the bottom of complex facts.
Excellent business sense and entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong command of office tools (spreadsheets, excel) with an eye for detail.
Full proficiency in German and English.

Salary: we want the top talent and are willing to pay for that!
Remote: we are remote first, pay for your equipment and get together as a team 3/4 times a year
