Your Responsibilities

Consult with German-speaking clients to understand their business software and CRM needs.
Provide detailed recommendations and demonstrate how our solutions can enhance their operational efficiency.
Assist clients with the implementation and configuration of software solutions.
Conduct training sessions to empower clients to utilize software features effectively.
Collaborate with product development teams to relay client feedback and identify potential improvements.
Monitor industry trends and stay knowledgeably engaged with advancements in business software technologies.

Requirements

Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be stated in your application.
Experience in business software consulting, CRM applications, or related fields is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
