Your Responsibilities
- Deliver consulting and support to German-speaking clients regarding our online security software.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Document customer inquiries and specifications in our CRM system.
- Actively participate in training on new software updates and security practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (both spoken and written) is required.
- Experience in customer consulting or technical support is a plus.
- Interest in cybersecurity and online technologies.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Analytical skills to identify and solve customer issues.
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
