Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers for our software services.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues via email, chat, and other communication platforms.
- Educate clients on best practices for using our software to enhance their productivity.
- Document all support interactions and solutions for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest software developments and feature enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) with strong communication capabilities.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in technical support or software services is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to work remotely while being based in Greece.
