- Document customer interactions to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep your skills and product knowledge current.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the software sector, is preferred.
