Responsibilities
- Engage with Dutch-speaking organizations to assess their HR software needs.
- Provide expert guidance on our HR software solutions and best practices.
- Assist clients in the implementation process and ensure successful utilization of the software.
- Conduct training sessions for HR teams to empower them in using the tools effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and contribute to the improvement of our offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient in English for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Understanding of HR processes and software solutions.
- Previous experience in consulting, HR, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and immerse yourself in the local culture.
