Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the software sector, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
- A friendly and professional demeanor that supports positive client relationships.
