As a Czech Speaking Recruiter, you will play a vital role in connecting candidates with their dream jobs in a variety of industries, including social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications.

With a focus on providing exceptional service and ensuring the best match between candidates and employers, Patrique Mercier Recruitment is dedicated to helping individuals find rewarding opportunities in their native language, while supporting companies in building diverse and talented teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate sourcing and screening to identify potential matches for open job positions
• Communicate with candidates in Czech, assessing their qualifications, skills, and experience
• Utilize various recruitment platforms to source potential candidates
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' eligibility and suitability for open positions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for future opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong network of Czech speaking professionals in various industries

Requirements

• Fluent in Czech and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of the Czech labor market and recruitment trends
• Knowledge of the consumer services industry is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and remotely
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
• Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
