Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for various job positions
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement
• Conduct interviews and assessments to gauge candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers and human resources teams to understand job requirements and identify ideal candidates
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract top talent
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process
• Work closely with the team to achieve recruitment targets and goals

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish, both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to work remotely and manage a remote team
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and independence
• Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
