As a Dutch Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing Dutch-speaking candidates, ensuring a seamless and successful hiring process for both candidates and employers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong network of Dutch-speaking professionals
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and offer negotiations
- Provide exceptional candidate experience by offering timely feedback and updates
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to offer valuable insights to candidates and clients
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Comfortable with remote work and using virtual communication tools
