As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills in Dutch and a passion for sourcing and recruiting top talent.
As a Dutch Speaking Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best candidates for our clients. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing applicants' qualifications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Coordinate and communicate with clients and candidates
- Ensure a positive and streamlined candidate experience
- Utilize recruitment software and tools to manage the hiring process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Prior experience in recruitment or related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities
- Ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work in different time zones
- Passion for finding and attracting top talent
- Available for a 4 month fully paid training in Greece
