Your ability to effectively communicate in German will be essential in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' qualifications and language proficiency. With our extensive client network, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting recruitment projects for renowned companies in various fields such as social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct interviews in German with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and language proficiency.
    • Evaluate candidates' qualifications and match them with suitable job opportunities in the Consumer Services industry.
    • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates by utilizing various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including guiding them through interviews, negotiating offers, and assisting with onboarding.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth and efficient candidate management.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to effectively identify and attract top talent.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

    Requirements

    • Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assess and evaluate candidates.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to effectively navigate remote work and adapt to changing environments.
    • Understanding of cultural nuances and ability to successfully connect with candidates from different backgrounds.
