Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers seeking technical support via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve software-related issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain detailed records of customer inquiries and solutions to enhance service quality.
Communicate solutions clearly, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.

Requirements

Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
