As a Norwegian Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing their qualifications. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and review resumes to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific positions.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and schedule interviews.
- Assist in negotiating offers and closing candidates.
- Provide timely updates to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
