Responsibilities
- Source and attract Dutch-speaking candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective candidate profiles
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage candidate data and maintain an efficient applicant tracking system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively match candidates with suitable job opportunities
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Knowledge of Dutch job market and industries is a plus
