As a German Speaking Freelance Recruiter, your role will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing German-speaking candidates, as well as collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure successful job placements.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Conduct screening and interview processes to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates with suitable job opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and employers
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the recruitment database
- Stay updated on industry trends and market condition to provide valuable insights to candidates and employers
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Good organizational and time management skills
