The German Speaking Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing German-speaking candidates for various job openings. You will work closely with our experienced recruitment team to evaluate candidates' qualifications and match them with suitable employment opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential German-speaking candidates for job placements
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and language skills
- Screen resumes and application materials to evaluate candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and employers
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job databases
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Previous recruitment or HR experience preferred
