Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated German Speaking Recruiter to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, regardless of your location in the world. We are looking for a dedicated individual with excellent German communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.

As a German Speaking Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and selecting exceptional candidates for our clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, evaluating qualifications, and facilitating a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
• Collaborate with clients and candidates to ensure effective communication
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process
• Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Prior experience in recruitment or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent sourcing and networking abilities
• Ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Flexible regarding working across different time zones
• Passionate about identifying and attracting top talent
• Availability for a fully paid 4-month training program in Greece
