As a Norwegian Speaking Freelance Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to source, screen, and interview Norwegian-speaking candidates for job placements. You will collaborate with our team of recruiters to understand the specific requirements of each position and identify the best-suited candidates. With your strong language skills and understanding of the Norwegian job market, you will ensure successful placements that meet the needs of both candidates and employers.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview Norwegian-speaking candidates for various job positions
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job roles
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate data and regularly update the recruitment database
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (verbal and written) is essential for this role
- Proven experience in recruiting or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
