Product Manager (Financial Experience)

As a licensed financial company with principal membership with card schemes, we specialize in global payments and providing businesses with multi-currency accounts.

About our Product: 
Our platform is a multifunctional financial engine for SMEs in the EU and UK. We aim to become a leader in providing all possible means of moving money across the globe, making foreign exchange operations, issuing cards and more. We want to provide this within our user-friendly platform and via robust API, while focusing to make the experiences seamless. With this in mind we need Product managers who want to grow in payments and particularly in the fintech sector to make our platform successful. 

This role is about:

A passionate and data-driven Product manager with at least 5 years of experience in the financial sector to make the company successful in the EU and UK market through own contribution to the development of the company financial platform. You are going to lead a cross-functional team and be responsible for product long-term vision and. 

You will:

• Be a subject matter expert on the following, but not limited to: card payments processing, open banking, wallets, cards and core banking services, BaaS  responsible for driving our business and growing revenue and profits. You will be responsible for shaping the product value proposition, defining areas of focus based on market demands and executing according to the roadmap that supports your product vision. 
• Be in the driver’s seat. It is yours and you define what the next step is. You and your team make sure that the product solves real clients’ problems and provides an excellent user experience. You are responsible for the product to operate and if a problem occurs, you stand by our clients and find a solution. You add value to the product with every change you make and measure it accordingly. 
• Be working closely with your peers, engineers and stakeholders at all levels making sure that the whole company understands what you are working on and why. You are responsible for making the stakeholders aware of product insights and organize monthly reviews to draw attention to the most important things, get feedback and seek important decisions. 

What we need:

• 5+ years in a Product manager/Product owner role; 
• Deep knowledge of one or more payments and banking products of various kind (cards, APMs, banking services etc.); 
• Proven track record of building financial products and optimizing end to end payments experience; 
• Deep understanding of a contemporary financial ecosystem in the EU and UK, we want you to know and have your opinion on how the market evolves; 
• Strong analytical skills, ability to get insights from the data and take an action; 
• Ability to use market insights and competitive research while developing your product;  
• Experience working in cross-functional team and using agile methodologies; 
• Leadership skills, ability to build a high-performing team through leadership, motivation and coaching; 
• Excellent stakeholders’ management skills; 
• Detailed thinker with an ability to manage the workload and prioritize accordingly in a fast pace changing environment; 
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills. Fluent English.
