Tasks

As a Full-Stack Engineer at peopleIX, your main responsibility will be to develop innovative features for our customer-facing people analytics platform.

In this role, you will:

Join our engineering team to develop both frontend and backend of our people analytics platform and shape the product in the early days
Contribute to our modern tech stack based on Typescript (T3 Stack including Next.js, Tailwind, Prisma, tRPC)
Ship and iterate in close collaboration with our clients to ensure we solve real problems
Have a significant impact on defining our culture, team, and way of working as we keep growing
Work closely with our CTO, Product, Data and other teams across peopleIX

Requirements

M.Sc., B.Sc., or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or another relevant technical field
Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js and SQL databases
At least 2 years software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated and independent working style
An affinity for intuitively designed UI/UX is a big plus
