    We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and tech-savvy Business Specialist to be a part of our sales team focused on improving healthcare provider scheduling, workforce productivity and clinical communication workflow. We highly value collaboration and self-motivation and are committed to ensuring optimal work-life balance for all. As a Business Specialist you will be responsible for the full sales cycle including developing leads, diagnosing customer challenges, demonstrating our solution, and navigating the closing process in a value-oriented manner. This role presents an outstanding opportunity for a results-driven individual to expand and accelerate their career in healthcare technology sales. This position is primarily a remote position. 

    Responsibilities: 

    • Develop, execute and maintain territory sales plan
    • Build net new opportunities through research and targeted cold outreach (calls and emails)
    • Follow up on inbound leads and marketing driven leads and qualify opportunities
    • Set up and conduct initial discovery calls and/or initial demonstrations
    • Leverage team resources and subject matter experts appropriately to advance opportunities
    • Navigate the sales closing process including proposal, negotiation and contracting
    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date log of all prospecting and sales interactions in CRM tool
    • Manage territory sales funnel and accurately forecast revenue closure
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Actively participate in team meetings including regular conveyance of market feedback 

    Skills and requirements: 

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Energetic phone presence and excellent listening skills
    • Excitement to make cold calls in support of opportunity generation
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Prior sales experience and experience demonstrating technology solutions a plus   
    • Experience with healthcare solution sales a plus
    • Proficient with email, voicemail, Microsoft Office, Google workspace, Slack and Salesforce.com
    • Able to attend trade shows when reasonable and valuable
