Tasks
- Industrial coatings (including high solid coatings, water-based coatings, powder coatings, etc.) R & D with the world's leading level
- New products R & D with foresight, which can lead the development trend
- Research and development of industrial coatings, high-performance resins, water-based resins, etc.;
- Research and development in the area of coating application, coating process and advanced technology;
- Provide problem solving service to the key account in the area of commercial vehicles, construction machinery, new energy, heavy corrosion and other industries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in chemical industry;
- Working experience: more than 5 years of R&D work experience in global leading industrial coating enterprises, or advanced technology experience in segmented coating product areas;
- Technical expertise: strong technical formulation design and product development capabilities, with a focus on sustainable materials and key materials development
