Tasks
- Engaged in the company's technology development planning management, product line management, product development process management;
- Responsible for the company's technical team planning, establishment, training, and development;
- Responsible for the company's strategic and major technical project management;
- Responsible for technology exchanges and cooperation globally.
Requirements
Educational background:
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in chemical industry;
Work experience:
more than 10 years of experience in technology development and management in global leading industrial coatings enterprises;
Technical expertise:
proficient in technical management, keen insight into products and markets, and leadership in key technical problem solving;
Management ability:
strong capabilities in organization, coordination and communication.
