Tasks
- Oversee financial aspects of IT projects, budgets, and cost analysis
- Lead the monthly Financial Performance Management Cycle, setting key KPIs
- Coordinate IT budgeting processes and collaborate with IT leadership on financial plans
- Monitor budget adherence and address deviations with project teams
- Conduct cost analysis and identify optimization opportunities
- Evaluate financial feasibility and ROI of proposed IT initiatives
- Implement and manage IT-Recharge, ensuring fair allocation of costs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or certifications (CMA, CPA, CFA) are a plus
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management (IT sector preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-financial teams
- Fluent English
