SAP PP Consultant

SAP PP Consultant Role - permanent - remote in Germany (onboarding only onsite)

My client, a thriving international company, is seeking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant for a permanent position in Karlsruhe.

Tasks

• Process Advisory: Provide expert advice to internal departments by thoroughly understanding processes, identifying issues, and recommending improvements.
• Project Support: Assist in international roll-in and improvement projects for the SAP PP module, handling prioritization, tracking, and escalation of requests.
• Resource Coordination: Manage both internal and external resources, as well as local and global teams, within project frameworks.
• Project Participation: Engage in all project phases, including requirements specification, business process mapping, design, customization, configuration, and testing.
• Support: Offer 3rd-level support as an internal process specialist for the SAP PP module.
• Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of projects and facilitate knowledge transfer to relevant teams.
• SAP S/4 Transition: Participate in the transition to SAP S/4.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of business processes within the SAP PP module.
• Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience as an SAP PP Consultant.
• Technological Interest: Keen interest in innovative technologies.
• Work Style: Proactive, structured approach, solution-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Language Skills: Excellent German (B2) and English skills, both written and spoken, for working in international teams.
• Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
• Programming Skills: Advantageous but not mandatory.
