• 2nd level Support in SAP SD and MM modules
• Standardize and improve the SD/MM related programs
• Business analysis and customer service for new requirements
• Analyse user's requests and new requirements
• Solve unexpected situations from users
• Implement new programs for new business process
• Comply with internal work processes
• Advise and train new staff of users for new programs and new business processes

Requirements
