My client, an international IT Company, is looking for a skilled Success Factors Specialist.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and participate on interesting projects.

This is a permanent position, requires fluent German and to be onsite once a week in Heilbronn.

Tasks

This opportunity offers:

• Participation on digitalization projects
• Implementing HR processes in SuccessFactors
• Evaluation of configurations for usability
• Enhance the SF Suite, including integrating additional tools
• With your expertise in Employee Central and another module like Compensation, Performance & Goals, or Time, you can deliver significant value
• Manage access rights, permissions, and data protection
• You can identify trends and collaborate with the HR/IT team to drive HR digitalization forward

Requirements

Your skills:

• You have a strong IT background and basic knowledge of SuccessFactors.
• SAP HCM experience nice to have.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the SF modules Employee Central and/or one of the following: Compensation, Performance & Goals, or Time.
• OData, API, and BTP are well-known to you.
• You can effectively design and critically evaluate HR processes.
• You prioritize Employee Experience.
• You are a team player.
