Our interdisciplinary Growth Team focuses on identifying growth potentials across the entire customer journey, from ad funnels to product experience. We’re constantly testing and learning—and now we’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to bring technical expertise to the team.
Tasks
- Collaborate with the Growth Team to design and execute initiatives that drive awork’s growth.
- Lead the technical implementation (both frontend and backend) of growth-focused projects.
- Build and optimize solutions aimed at improving conversion rates, reducing churn, and boosting user retention.
- Continuously improve the tools and infrastructure supporting our growth experiments.
- Participate in workshops, share insights from user research, and provide the technical perspective in all growth initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in full stack development, particularly with TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Bonus: Experience in the SaaS industry with a focus on growth-related projects.
- You’re proactive, enjoy taking ownership, and thrive in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable with change and quick pivots without losing focus.
- Curiosity drives you—you love challenging the status quo and finding the best solutions.
- Excellent English skills (our working language is English 🇬🇧).
