Tasks
Your mission:
As our Marketing Automation Manager, you will take ownership of building and executing cutting-edge marketing automation strategies. You will be instrumental in implementing and optimizing our new HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tool, while creating impactful campaigns and automations to engage customers and partners throughout their lifecycle.
Your tasks:
- Implement and configure HubSpot as our CRM and marketing automation tool.
- Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Create and manage onboarding automations for new customers and partners to ensure a smooth experience.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot usage and best practices.
Requirements
Your profile:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in developing and optimizing automated workflows and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for technology and process improvement.
