YOUR MISSION!
Are you ready to transform the Dutch trade industry through cutting-edge technology? As we continue our rapid expansion, we are now looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for the Netherlands to lead our efforts in this key market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our entry into the Dutch market: You will be responsible for establishing plancraft in the Netherlands from the ground up, identifying opportunities and closing the first customers.
- Execute and validate go-to-market strategies tailored to the Netherlands, driving initial market penetration and revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and revenue operations team to generate the first inbound leads and showcase plancraft to interested prospects through online demos.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with local partners and contractors to create a network of advocates for plancraft.
- Understand the needs of Dutch contractors: Gather insights and feedback to ensure our software addresses the unique challenges of the Dutch market.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and developments to continuously adjust our approach.
- Report insights and progress regularly to the leadership team, shaping the future of plancraft's expansion in the Netherlands.
Salary: The salary for this position is between €55,000 and €85,000 per year (depending on your experience), plus a significant equity package.
YOUR PROFILE
Are you a Match?
Must Haves
- 2+ years in fast-paced environments (Tech, SaaS, VC, or Consulting).
- Business degree (Bachelor / Master) or equivalent.
Native-level Dutch as well as very good English skills (written and spoken). - Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Passion for making a difference in the trade/construction sector.
- Willingness to travel to or stay 3+ months in Hamburg (HQ) to run a quick trainee program, where you will get to know our culture, the product and go-to-market motion.
- Readiness to travel across the Netherlands to build relationships with customers and partners and gain general insights into the trades market.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in the trade or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales channels, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Experience in SaaS sales or related industries, with a track record of successful market entry or business development.
