Your mission

Are you ready to drive the international expansion of a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up? As our Head of Marketing, you’ll lead the charge in scaling our presence across Europe, spearheading high-impact performance marketing strategies and building a world-class marketing team to drive our growth from €1M to €10M ARR.

You will develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to drive international growth across multiple European markets, scaling ARR from €1M to €10M.
With your expertise in performance marketing, you will drive measurable growth through advanced Paid-Search (Google) and Paid-Social (LinkedIn) strategies, with a focus on multifunnel campaigns.
Scale up your team: Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, scaling from the current structure to a robust team of 10 professionals.
Expand the company’s marketing presence from 2 channels to 5-6, including paid social, native ads, and community-building initiatives, while enhancing event and content marketing strategies.
Execute efficiently using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI-driven solutions, demonstrating a willingness to roll up your sleeves and work collaboratively.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and growth targets.

Your profile

Proven Marketing Leadership: Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
Performance Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of Paid-Search (Google), Paid-Social (LinkedIn), and multifunnel strategies with a focus on measurable growth.
International Expansion Experience: Successfully scaled marketing efforts across multiple European markets, driving significant ARR growth.
Team Building Skills: Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and mentor high-performing teams, scaling from the ground up.
Tech-Savvy & Hands-On: Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI tools, with a willingness to be hands-on while leading strategically.
