We are looking for

An experienced Senior Product Designer to shape the future of our product and strengthen our team.

Tasks

• Responsible for the future look and feel of our application.
• Develop and enhance the Plunet design system, drawing inspiration from the existing UI while improving legacy components using Angular Material.
• Maintain consistency across all user interfaces and interactions by managing our design system.
• Collaborate with our Product Owners and Front-end Developers to build a comprehensive component library.
• Conceptualize and create design guidelines.
• Lead and own the end-to-end design process from concept to completion, together with our UX Researcher and UX Writer.
• Work within the product team to conceptualize and develop new features in our software.

Requirements

• A degree in UX/UI (e.g., interface design, communication design, human-computer interaction) or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in UX design, interface and interaction design, as well as experience in developing and applying complex design systems for digital products for enterprise software.
• Proficient in common tools for creating digital user interfaces, especially Figma.
• Experience collaborating with front-end teams and knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Experience in managing legacy software.
• Confident in UX roles, comfortable both as a mentor and in operational work.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in both German and English.
