Our cloud-based platform merges data from different data sources and offers public administrations and politicians on local, federal, or state levels real-time insights for optimal decision-making.
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer who will join an existing development team to build a Low-code/No-code SaaS platform for the public sector.
What to expect in your new role:
- Collaborate with backend and design professionals to further develop our data visualization tool that satisfies the needs of our customers and internal users.
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using React and NextJS.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimize the tool’s performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions.
- Secure the frontend using security best practices against major security threats.

Requirements:
- You identify yourself with our mission to support governments and public sectors to make data-based decisions.
- You have a pronounced hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
- You are an excellent team player, and pronounced interpersonal and teamwork abilities are your strengths.
- You show excellent TypeScript, React, and NextJS skills.
- You bring a good understanding of modern web development practices and underlying technologies.
- You can recognize the underlying design concepts of scalable applications and provide a thorough understanding of the principles of responsive web applications.
- Constructing well-structured, maintainable code and implementing automated testing is no big deal for you.
- You are passionate about improving systems and building processes from scratch.
- Understanding of gRPC
- Experience building No-code/Low-code platforms
- Experience with data visualization libraries like Nivo.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest.
- Understanding of Docker.
- Interest in new technologies and readiness to learn them.
