    The Purpose:

    We are looking for a People Operations Analyst to join our global People team. As the first point of contact for our employees in EMEA and APAC, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience by providing support for People processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

  • Create a smooth onboarding process for new employees, e.g., manage and support background checks, right to work checks, employment contracts.
  • Ensure data integrity in our HRIS (hiBob) to maintain it as the trusted and most up-to-date source of accurate employee data.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of our People processes, tools, and systems.
  • Prepare and review employment-related documents (i.e., contracts, verification letters, addendums, various certificates).
  • Participate in local and global project work to enhance the employee experience and ensure efficiency and scalability are at the heart of everything we do.

  • Work closely with the other teams in charge of employee life-cycle activities, such as Payroll and IT, to ensure a cohesive and positive employee experience.
  • Thoroughly document People processes to create an internal knowledge base, providing clear guidelines which can be easily followed.
  • Prepare and review employment-related documents (i.e., contracts, verification letters, addendums, various certificates).

  • Act as the initial point of contact for employee questions and administrative support requests, providing outstanding customer service to our employees.

  • Detail-oriented: Ensures accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Prioritisation: Skilled in prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in discussions and meetings. Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and professional emails, reports, and documentation.
  • Accountability: Takes responsibility for personal work and proactively contributes to team efforts.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality or efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Works collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Flexibility: Willing to adapt to different roles and responsibilities within a team setting.
  • Problem-solving: Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying problems and developing innovative solutions.
