The Purpose:
The Global Billing team, part of PPRO’s Cash Flow domain, builds technologies that calculate prices and settlements for all billable events. Our mission is to drive efficiency in financial operations, enabling faster settlements, flexible commercial terms, and clear, accessible reporting for customers worldwide. By delivering seamless, automated billing solutions, we ensure that customers always have transparency over their costs and can reconcile their transactions with ease.
What You Will Be Doing: Define and Lead Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy for global billing, aligning with PPRO’s business goals. Own and evolve the global billing portfolio, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and a strong value proposition for customers.
Innovate and Build Market-Leading Products:Design and develop innovative billing solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.Improve billing automation and accuracy, reducing manual reconciliation efforts for customers.
Drive Operational Excellence:Own a multi-quarter roadmap, breaking down complex initiatives into shippable features that align with business priorities.Define and track key product metrics to continuously improve billing performance and customer satisfaction.Work closely with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and timely execution.
Enhance Stakeholder Collaboration:Engage with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless billing processes.Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, gathering insights and ensuring alignment.
Build and Foster a High-Performing Team:Collaborate closely with engineering and domain leadership to accelerate product innovation.Champion a customer-centric mindset within the team, driving meaningful and impactful solutions.
What We Are Looking For:Exceptional Curious Product Manager:Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.Strong ability to define and execute product strategy, balancing long-term mission with immediate business needs.
Customer-Centric Focus:Deep understanding of customer pain points and a passion for solving complex billing challenges.Experience in running product discovery and defining success metrics to measure impact.
Technical and Domain Expertise:Experience in payments, billing, or financial technology, with a deep understanding of billing models and revenue operations.Strong ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making:Expertise in leveraging data insights to optimize product performance.Ability to create and track product metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management:Ability to influence and inspire teams, drive collaboration, and generate buy-in for product initiatives.Proven track record of working closely with engineering, finance, and operational teams to deliver impactful solutions.
