Your Mission

As Associate to the VP Growth, you will work directly with the VP Growth and be involved in exciting projects that drive the growth and scaling of our company. Your focus will be on building an AI-powered process landscape that supports all teams within the Revenue Organization—from Marketing and Sales to Customer Success—in elevating their productivity to new heights. You’ll work with innovative technologies to optimize data-driven processes across the entire Lead Generation, Sales, and Customer Funnels.
Your Responsibilities
- Shape the future: Work on the implementation and optimization of AI-driven processes to increase efficiency and scalability in our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Data as the driving force: Build and analyze data streams across the Lead Generation, Sales, and Customer Funnels, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with the team: Work closely with the VP Growth and teams across the Revenue Organization to develop and implement innovative, data-driven growth strategies.
- Projects with impact: Be part of our key internal projects, working with modern AI tools and state-of-the-art technologies that are propelling our company into a new era of productivity.
- Optimize workflows: Support the introduction of new tools, processes, and systems that make the company scalable and future-proof.
Your Profile
- Education: You have completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Data Sciences, or a similar discipline, and are currently enrolled in a Master’s program.
- Experience and passion: You are passionate about state-of-the-art AI tools and ideally bring practical experience in applying them—whether through projects, internships, or personal interest.
- Analytical power: You have strong analytical thinking and can structure complex data sets to derive actionable insights and growth opportunities.
- Team player: You enjoy working in dynamic, cross-functional teams and have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Technology enthusiast: You have a deep interest in new technologies and innovations and want to apply them in a fast-growing company.
