As the super-platform for non-professional soccer in Europe, we bring pro-level experiences (news, data, gamification) to the mega-community of +190 million footballers and soccer fans.

We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne - the team includes 30 smart and 'hungry' members working on Prematch from our offices in Cologne & Berlin (Marketing & Business team) and remotely from all over Europe (Tech & Product team). On top we have support from successful investors who run the business at Amazon, DAZN & ESL.

Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between engineers, designers, and other departments.
Conduct discovery and user research efforts for existing and new features
Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends.

Your mission

You’re highly adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
You are focused on making analytical and metric-driven decisions instead of only relying on gut feeling
You’re a problem-solver who can pivot quickly based on user feedback and market demands
You can’t wait to gather and integrate user feedback to continuously improve the product offering
You manage delivery milestones, track progress, and report to senior leadership
It excites you to collaborate closely with other product teams as well as development, marketing, and design teams (expansion, platform & monetization) to align on product goals and timelines

What do you need

+4 years proven experience in product management, preferably with mobile applications
Familiarity with grassroots football
Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
Tools you need to be able to master:
- Analytics & Data Tools, e.g. Amplitude or similar
- Collaboration Tools as Gitlab or similar
- Design Tools like Figma or similar
- Research Tools auch as Typeform, Useberry or similar

Advantage but not a must

Proficiency in German
Project management experience, preferably in a startup environment
